Mail 4.2 - stationary & attachments

I am using mail 4.2 and having trouble sending attachments while using custom made stationary.

i thought I'll rather use the built-in stationary and edit it as it seems to except attachments, however i cant locate the stationary in finder. I only manage to locate my custom stationary at:

Library> Application Support> Mail.....

I am new to Mac, is there a setting which hide or unhide certain operating system files?
