Mail 5 (Lion)

Dear all, currently I'm using Microsoft Outlook but I would like go to Mail 5. The thing is that I want to see each mail separately, such it is shown on the picture. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance.

Inboxes, Sent items and drafts mailboxes are always at the top of the mailbox list. Clicking the reveal arrow to the left of them will show individual mailboxes for each account.

The rest of your mailboxes will be listed under separate account headings as you pictured...
