Mail 9.0 Attributes Greyed Out

In OS 10.11/Mail 9.0, View/Mail Attributes, all options are greyed out (except Size).

Is this a bug or is it something on my machine?

Just checked and mine is the same.

At least I'm in good company. I can now cease my fussing; and sweetness and light will return upon the lands.
