MAIL: Adding column field "to"

I wonder whether there is a selection option where you can add or delete columns in Mail.

I would like to see to whom I sent an email, but in the standard view there is no to column 'to".

Right-click on the columns (From for instance) and you should see "To" as a choice.. I have "To" in my standard inbox view...
