Mail: address tooltips are not disappearing

After some time of using Mail the tooltips which appear on the screen when you hover your mouse over address field in Message Viewing Pane just stop to disappear when switching mail:

Anybody else experiencing this?

You can turn the option on to always view the email address. In Mail > Preferences > Viewing Uncheck Smart Addresses. You might need to toggle this option for it to work.

Click out of the message then back and you'll see the address without having to hover over and use a tool tip to view.
