mail and Exchange reply flags

Hello,

I have a doubt over here that's bugging me. Isn't it supposed that Mail syncs reply/forward flags with exchange? I mean, if I reply from Mail, Outlook (on a PC) won't see that the message is replied. I'm using Mountain Lion and exchange 2007.
