Hello!

I am not technical at all, so please bear with me.

Last update that required a restart (don't remember what date that was) did something to my computer.
The Mail application totally reset, and I had to add my email account(s) again.
Also, my iCal started acting up. All my events from previous months are still there (I asked the program not to remove them), but everything I had planned in the future has gone missing. Completely wiped out. I didn't notice this before syncing my iPhone so now it's gone there too.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there anything I can do to fix it?

Do you have a time machine backup, if so it should be your saviour, if not, then unless you have it backed up anywhere else, or have invites in your mailbox, you have lost it.

Good luck !

Oh dear lord. I know I shouldn't be permitted this awesome machine now. I had unchecked the calendar for viewing. So sorry for the n00biness.
