Mail and retrieving auto saved emails

Just want to know all the emails my Mail saved, since I want to actually know whose email is saved and whose I dont have. Like when I type the first letter it appears, I thought it would auto save in my Address Book but I am wrong, is there a way to see all the saved email addresses I have?

I might be missing something, but open Address Book to see the saved email addresses.

In Mail, go to Window->Previous Recipients
