Mail and Signatures - only on new messages and not replies?

It seems Lion Mail wants to include my signature in every email I send by default. Outlook has a nice option where you can tell it to only include your signature automatically in new messages (not when replying or forwarding messages). Is there some way to do this in Mail.app?

Don't think so. You can either include it in everything (you can choose to put it below the quoted text so it's way below the fold) or you can add it selectively on a message-by-message basis.

3 steps, assign hot key command-R (Reply):

1. Menu selection
Menu: Message
Menu Item: Reply

2. Wait
Wait For: Window
Window Name: Starts With: Re:

3. Pop-Up Menu
Menu name: Is: Signture
Item name: Is: None
