Mail and the Automator

Looking for help in creating a Automator scrip.

From any where I copy something > clip board.

SO Automator for MAIL - Open a new mail window, paste the last clipboard entry into the message window.

select address,fill in other info, and then send.

Preferably right clicking will bring upa service that would accomplish this.
