Mail.app 5: Account Folders Below Inbox vs. Sub header

I have multiple accounts in the lion mail app, and some account folders show as subfolders of the account name under Inbox, while others show below with the account as a sub-header (like RSS and Reminders) and their folders below.

Is there any way make all my accounts' folders display in the same way?
