Can someone please help me with Mail and junk mail filtering? Here is the problem:

1) I get a lot of mail I don't think should be junk mail (it wouldn't go into the Yahoo or HM junk mail folders when I was web-mailing it, and I have not marked it junk). These are e-mails directed to my principle account and sent to me individually (not mass e-mails).

2) If I go into training mode, when I preview one of these msgs, the junk header with the "this is not junk" does not appear. If I mark it as junk and then un-mark it, it will later mysteriously turn back to junk, and subsequent messages from the same sender on the same topic will continue to be junk.

3) A lot of websites and articles discussing Mail say I should be able to add "Junk" and "Not Junk" icons both to my main toolbar, but I only see the "Junk" one in the requestor to customize the toolbar.

My junk mail settings are:
- Enable Junk Mail (yes)
- In training mode (leave in inbox)
- All three exemptions turned on (for senders in AdBk, previous senders and full addressing)
- Trust ISP junk mail header turned on

Right now my junk mail filter is almost useless because almost every important e-mail is marked junk. :(
