Mail app and Smart addresses-conversation issue

Hi. First of all i have many contacts stored in my address book. I have a MobileMe account but in mail when someone that i have stored his email in a contact send me a message it doesn't show it as stored and give me option to create a new contact as a result not showing the name of my contact but his email.

Secondly when one person send two or three mails in a row they didn't showed as a conversion but as separate mails the one above the other.

Any help?
