I've switched back from Entourage to Mail and the recipients of my e-mails complain that all letters that have an accent (we're talking foreign language here) show as a square or some other funny/ilegible character in their machines.

Other Mac users obviously don't have this problem, but all window user do.

I'm sending my mails as rich text because I need for them to have certain formatting.

Any ideas? Suggestions?

TIA

Halcyon

Yeah, mine's on Automatic too and I've never had a problem, but Apple's Mail app has been known to throw quirky symbols out to PCs running Outlook or Outlook Express if the encoding is a bit off. :(

I've send some mail to friends using different settings. I'll wait for their response and comments.

Thanks
