Since I started with Mac OS X, I have troubles with mail attachments.
I received an e-mail with an attachment and want to save the attached files quickly by drag and drop.
In mail.app, you grab the little paperclip with your mouse and drag it into the destination folder.
Simple and easy - in theory unfortunately.
The action described above has a huuuuge lag with it. Before the paperclip has decided, to be attached to the mouse curser, some thinking time goes by, often involving some fun on the beach in between.
Today, I received a mail with a few big imagefiles, that resulted in 15 seconds mouse holding, while the beachball was spinning, until I could grab the paperclip.
This is not the way, I can work swiftly.
What is wrong?
-huge lag time until "paper clip reaction" - always
-very often beachballing
