I'm not sure if this a mac problem but I'm asking if anyone has heard of this.
A number of times lately, I'll email someone with pdf attachments, only to have them respond stating that I forgot to include the attachments. Looking in the sent folder, I see that I did in fact include them.
This is seemingly only happening to one person, I've never seen this before and I typically add attachments by dragging/dropping - being the proper mac person that I am.
The recipient is on earthlink and is running a PC. I'm wondering if antivirus software is causing the problem or her ISP. or how I do my attachments.
Anyone hear or experience this problem?
