I was having a problem with my iPhone 3G's mail.app, so I took it into the Apple Store, they told me to restore it to factory settings and not to a back up. I thought I'd post here to see if anyone else has had the same problem. I've posted a video to youtube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nsGMA_CPmJg) also. I'm hoping that Apple will see this and fix it with the next firmware.

Can't see your video because you listed it as private and not public...

Restore your phone, set it as new, sync all off your old stuff. And you'll be like new :)

It's probably because of a corrupted file on your stuff, so just restore it
