Mail.app - cannot set out of office scheduled replies

Just tried to set a out-of-office in Mail.app (version 16.0, included in Ventura 13.2.1) but I cannot change the previous out-of-office schedule (set to 2022). Typing anything just reverts it back and clicking the arrows produce a beep. Working around by setting "until disabled". Using Exchange.
