Mail.app crash, no recovery, since 10.5.4

Has anyone else been seeing major problems with Mail since about 10.5.4? Every month my Mail.app stops working completely and I have to completely rebuild my inboxes. Thankfully I'm using IMAP so don't lose much, but this is getting out of hand.

No... Mine is working fine. Never heard something like this... I use POP.

I'm actually getting frequent crashes too. I don't know why. It won't quit and I have to do a force quit on it. It then restarts normally though.

Mail is driving me insane. It crashes on me at least everyday.
