Mail app crashes upon launch!!

Hi Everyone,
I have a Macbook Pro 13" Mid 2010.
I am running OSX Lion 10.7.3.
When I launch the Mail app it crashes within 5 seconds.
No windows open, the icon just bounces 5-6 times and crashes.
Please help me!
