Mail .app error

Here is the error I get every time I want to send an e-mail. My mail never used to do this, it just started out of the blue last week. It doesn't look like any of my settings have changed, so what's the deal? It's annoying to have to click on "use selected server" every time I want to send a message. Anybody else ever get this one?

You can't link to local files. You need to upload them somewhere. You could upload it here via the manage attachments button if the file is below the file size limit...
