Mail.app Export

I'm changing laptops soon and i was wondering if there was a way to move my account settings and my rules over to my new mac? I could just re enter all of the information again, but if there is an easier way id be all for it

i dont care about the mail since its all on the server and i can re dl it, just the accounts and the rules.

I'm guessing you could just copy over /Users/[your account]/Library/Preferences/com.apple.mail.plist and you'd be fine; be sure to make a copy or move the original one first, though, just in case.

Edit: actually, the rules are kept in /Users/[your account]/Library/Mail/MessageRules.plist.

If it were me, I'd copy over the entire /Users/[your account]/Library/Mail folder, as well as the Preferences/com.apple.mail.plist file, and then I think you'll be set.
