Mail.app generating high load

A couple days ago I upgraded to PB2. Mail.app is consistently generating really high load to the point that it's impacting responsiveness of apps across the OS.

My assumption is that Mail.app is re-indexing the thousands and thousands of emails I have, but am not really sure.

Wondering if other people are seeing anything similar?

At this point I'm suspecting it's just something flakey inside Mail.app that will hopefully be fixed up in the next patch. It's impactful enough I just keep it CMD-Q'd.
