I just recently purchased a macbook pro and snow leopard. How do you sync the mail app similar to a blackberry. When i delete mail from mail, its still in my server and vice versa. How do I change this? because it wasn't always like this before I installed snow leopard.

What method are you using to connect to your mail service? If you're using POP then the changes on your computer do not go back to your mail online. If you have it set up as an IMAP account Mail.app then it should any changes made on your computer will be reflected on your mail server.
