Mail app. Local folder

Hi

my outlook inbox is full so I’m moving old emails into a local folder in the mail app on macOS. In the account settings in the mail app it is set to only downloads recent attachment.
my question is when I move old email from cloud to local folder will it download and bring over those attachments with the email?
