Mail.app not sending emails?

Hey everyone,

I can't seem to send emails from Mail.app for some reason keeps giving me a box with the AOL details (smtp.aol.com:name) and say's can't send.

I've done connection doctor and it is all fine, Any insight as to how to remedy would be nice.

No insight, just wanted to let you know, that it sometimes happen to me too with both Bluebottle and GMail. Both set up as pop-mail.

They seldomly do it at the same time, so looks like it's at their end, not ours. And since I have two different set up and three different smtp-servers, I can choose another server, and off it usually goes.

Of course, I don't know if you just have the same symptom, but a completely different problem, so your mileage may vary.

Many ISPs do not permit email to be sent to SMTP servers in outside domains. Sometimes you can get around this restriction by switching the port of your SMTP server to Port 567.
