Mail app not working

I was pwned and i restored today because the phone was very sluggish. I now have 2.0.2 firmware. but since uprgrading (downgrade really :confused:) the mail app opens and then crashes. I have tried restoring twice, syncing and turning it off/on. any ideas on how to get it to work again?
 
if anyone has a problem like this i fixed it by restoring using an old backup.
