Hi there

Is there any way to make the mail.app notify rss feed updates through the dock icon the same way it notifies when a new mail is recieved?

I don't use Mail for RSS (have you tried NewsFire? It's awesome, and free)... but you might try the (shareware/$10) Mail plugin Dockstar. It lets you assign up to 5 different badges, and they can be any folder, not just mail inboxes.
