mail.app script like outlook2011 and other email clients

Hello,

I would like to know if there is any kind of script for mail.app capable to organize de emails like outlook2011 and other mail clients like Postbox are doing. Please have a look on the following image link to understand what I´m saying:

Please notice that gray area that is appearing when we click on the arrow. With that we can see the email history of one contact very easily

I´m sorry, but that´s not quite what I was looking for. This option you told organize emails by subject and not by email contact..
