Mail.app won't recognize contacts names

I have many contacts stored in my address book. I have a MobileMe account but in mail when someone that i have stored his email in a contact send me a message it doesn't show it as stored and give me option to create a new contact as a result not showing the name of my contact but his email.
Any help?

Can you compare his email address in your stored contact with the address it is offering to create a new contact? Perhaps his email address has changed and this is your chance to update your address book.

They are exactly the same. It's something else. It's working wall to all of you?
