Mail appears as symbols

Hello

I am getting a problem with my IPHONE 4s since some time with the mail feature. When i recieve mails form a specific contact from china it appears as symbols.

I got several contacts sending me mails form china and i dont get problem in opening their mails, its only with one contact.Note that if i open the mail in GMAIL it all ok.

My phone is up to date.

I atached a screenshot of the mail.
