Mail appears twice in Smart Mailbox

I'm using Mail on OS X Tiger and I'm using it for my Gmail account (with IMAP)

Whenever I set up a smart mailbox, like one for ebay, one for paypal etc etc ... the items in the smart mailboxes show up twice, which is quite annoying to say the least.
So every mail in a smart mailbox has a duplicate.

Does anyone have a solution for this?

I know why! Every email that goes into your inbox goes to your All Mail folder as well (it's how GMAIL works with archiving).

So you'll want to have a condition that excludes anything not in your inbox.
