Mail asking me to upgrade all the time

Done the upgrades of everything Mavericks-related. All seems successful.

Except for Mail. Every time I open Mail, it asks me the following:

Mail works fine, otherwise. Same as before the upgrade, except for this popup every single time I open it. I've tried both options, and they make no difference, I think.

Any idea how to resolve this?
