Hi all!
I have a squarespace site, and on it, users can sign up for a service by using a simple contact form submission. When I get mail from it will say normal form submission stuff, like who it is, what it says etc... Now even though it's from "no-reply@squarespace", mail seems to be smart enough to respond to the submitter whose email address is listed in the text of the email if I just hit command-R.
However! I'm trying to make an automated response to this form submission. For some reason the automated responses using "rules" under preferences, always try to go back to "no-reply@squarespace". I can't figure out if or how I can get them to go to the submitter of the message, instead of squarespace.
If anyone can help me with this problem, that would be wonderful!
