Hi everyone,

I used Mail in Leopard and Snow Leopard without any issue... My professional e-mail address is hosted by Host Papa.

And I use to set them as IMAP, to keep coherency between my 2 macs and my iPhone (read message were marked as read on every device). My iPhone wasn't keeping my older e-mails, but all my e-mails were alway kept in both of my 2 Mac...

Since I upgraded my MBP to Lion, I realize that my computer only keeps the most recent ones (about 300)... It deletes my older e-mails, and they are not in the server anymore.

The Mac Pro wasn't an upgrade but a clean instal, and it did set my mail as POP when I copy my folder from the MBP. I don't know why...
The POP one kept all my messages.

But I'd like to work like I use to do: IMAP on every device, but being able to keep ALL my message in the computer, not only the recent ones...

Any idea on how to set this up?

Thanks in advance
