Mail can receive but can't send email with my Hotmail (gmail works via mail though)

Hi-
My mail can receive email sent to my hotmail account but it can't send mail that I am composing. The error messages says logging into SMTP server failed.

Not sure what is going on. Was working fine yesterday.

gmail through Mail works great but I need my hotmail.

Please help. Thank you.
