Just got a new iPad Pro, running 9.1, and trying to set up my work exchange email...I know all settings are correct, checked multiple times, and the exchange account works on my 6S+ that is also running 9.1. When I go to the inbox in Mail there are no messages and it keeps saying, "The connection to the server failed" but again, it works on my iPhone and even in my MacBook. I've deleted and reinstalled multiple times, checked and double checked settings...reset the iPad, hard reset the iPad... Any ideas on how to fix this? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
