Mail check scheduler for accounts

I've tried searching everywhere, but haven't found anything yet.

I'm looking for a scheduler that I can tell to check mail account X from 8A-6P, then automatically turn it off. I have a few mail accounts, but I'm tired of receiving work emails after 7PM and I want to just have them turned on during 8A-7P on weekdays.

Anyone know of a way to do this? Either a scheduler or a SBS toggle?
