Mail, Contacts, and Calendars option missing from iPhone?!?!?

I have a jailbroken iphone 3GS and for some reason I just realized that the option to select Mail, Contact, and Calendars under setting is missing!!! I attached a screenshot. Please some one help :confused::confused:

I had the same issue. Turning off "Extended Preferences" in winterboard solved the issue for me.
