Mail could not search anything after upgraded to snow leopard

I didn't lose any mail after the upgrade. But it could not search anything even when I copy and paste the title or the sender or anything. Anyone has the same problem?

yep, same problem. spotlight will search and find emails but not within the email app. very annoying
