Resolved Mail downloading ALL messages....

I recently cleared all my caches using TechTool Pro.
Would this be why Mail is now downloading 4k emails....?

Also what do people generally have 'download attachments' set to.
Never really looked at this setting before.

Update, I did a mailbox rebuild and has been fine since.
It must have been clearing the caches.
