Mail downloading paused on battery

Hi all,

So I just got a new MacBook Air and I have a butt-load of mail of download. I was on battery and I noticed that the Mail app down at the bottom left was showing "Downloading Messages" but was "Paused on Battery" or something to that effect.

Is there any way in the latest version of Sonoma to disable that so it never pauses on battery?

Check all your battery settings incl. Power Nap on battery.
