i dread to even ask this.. but... there's an error - sometimes sent mail also gets saved as a draft in the draft box, too - .. the mail does get sent but then a copy sits in my draft box even after its been sent.. i know its been talked about on apple boards, and seems with no resolution.. how can i submit a bug report? i know i can call but doesnt that count against my tech support call? also since there's no error message box cant do it that way.. i read you can un check saved draft on server but then i wont be able to start an email on one device and resume it on another..
