Mail draft send error

i dread to even ask this.. but... there's an error - sometimes sent mail also gets saved as a draft in the draft box, too - .. the mail does get sent but then a copy sits in my draft box even after its been sent.. i know its been talked about on apple boards, and seems with no resolution.. how can i submit a bug report? i know i can call but doesnt that count against my tech support call? also since there's no error message box cant do it that way.. i read you can un check saved draft on server but then i wont be able to start an email on one device and resume it on another..

i have a MBP, OSX.. everything up to date etc etc..

This is a known bug and you can temporarily make it go away by deleting the draft then select the draft folder and go to Mailbox menu in Mail, then click Rebuild. Quit then restart Mail app after.

This fixes it for a while then it seems to come back for no reason sometimes. I have not seen a permanent fix.
