Hi, I use flags in mail to separate out emails and have about 8 flags set up, however, the colour of the flag does not separate them out correctly. For example, in the photo below, a flight which is tagged orange for 'trips', appears in the folder for red flags called 'keep'. If I look at the orange flag in the toolbar it is identified correctly as 'trips'. I have raised a feedback.

This has persisted through several restarts. This is the latest PB 19A546d.

Anyone know how to fix or have the same issue?

for me, Mail has been prone to keep a once flagged status even though the flag had been removed. and then Flagged will still report that it has that flagged email, but when Flagged folder s clicked, there is no email at all there.
these issues persisted for many versions of Mail across many years.
i remember having issues similar to the one you report, but in my case i think it was caused by me flagging an email and then turning off the flagged state in order to try to fix it or purposely changing the flag colour to try to toggle it off, but it seemly just retained these states for a long period.
i fixed temporarily the problems each time by dragging to the desktop errant flagged emails and then deleting them within email. and then reimporting the emails into Mail. but the issues came back at some point.

however, these issues have all been resolved in Mail 12.4. its really stable now.
