Mail Folder Comparison

I am running a new iMac with OS10 Lion. I have exported quite a number of old email messages from my older PC using software called aid4mail and have them in a specific file on the new iMac. I know there are duplicate email messages between this folder and my regular in folder and would like to run a comparison program if one exists. Does anyone know of a good app that I can use to compare the two folders to
a) determine the duplicates and
b) eventually delete the duplicates
