Mail - Follow Up emails

Guys, I have a Follow Up email in the Follow Up section of folders. But for some reason, it's not showing in my Inbox.

In the past, all follow up email would be at the top the Inbox. Is there anyway I can trigger this to happen again?
 
Update: I've just realised the Follow Up email is only on my Mac and in the Follow Up folder. The Follow Up has not synced with my iPhone.

All running the latest FW and using the same iCloud email.
