Mail formatting transformations gone in Sierra Mail

I see there is now no right click menu option to select and change text (transformations) to upper or lower case when formatting messages in Sierra Mail 10.1

I am having to use cut and paste everything into Text Edit to do this then back into Mail again . . . very annoying . . . why would they remove it . .

Transformations is still under Edit in the Menu bar just not in contextual menu.
