Hi guys, over the last couple of weeks, all of a sudden a lot of my mail on my .mac account has started to go to the Junk folder, even though it is not junk. This happens on my iOS and Mac OS devices.

I've been marking these emails as Not Junk and have also tried just moving them in to my Inbox, but the problem persists with similar emails going straight to Junk.

Also, I checked my Junk mail settings on my Mac and they're set for junk mail to remain in my inbox, however it's getting pushed to the Junk Mail folder.

Why has this started suddenly happening? And is there a way of turning of the Junk option? I've had important mail going there and I can risk missing some emails.

With all of the above said, thinks clearly aren't working as they should do, at all.

Thanks
