Mail "Group" Question?

I want to create Groups in Mail, so that I can send bulk emails with one click of the mouse. Can anyone explain to me how to do this?
 
You create the group in Address Book/Contacts

When you want to send an email to the group you just type in the group name in the "To" field in Mail
