Mail hangs after upgrade to 10.6.4

After the upgrade i got a message asking if i want to upgrade the mail database, or something like that, and i just clicked yes assuming its part of the process. Anyway, when mail starts now it just cycles when loading an existing message and cpu is 99%...

Anyone had this problem and know how to fix it?
